Leverage the HIMSS Connection through Chapter Sponsorship!
The Washington State chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS WA) provides Washington State’s healthcare professionals with outstanding educational conferences, networking opportunities, and a forum for the interchange of ideas among those committed to the goal of improving patient care through the effective use of information technology.
In order to deliver these activities and programs, we rely on the support of our sponsors. We are committed to providing a venue and a platform for sponsors to increase visibility, value, potential and accessibility to the HIMSS WA Chapter in return for financial support. The more than 650 WA HIMSS members represent over 375 healthcare organizations in Washington State.

Sponsorship Levels
WA HIMSS appreciates the contributions of sponsors from the healthcare community to help defray the cost of the chapter’s programs. We have implemented a flexible sponsorship program to allow for companies and/or organizations to align with their marketing goals.
Annual sponsorships span the fiscal year July 1 – June 30.
Elite Annual- $2500- Top Logo recognition on WA HIMSS Home page and Events page on the web site throughout the year
- Top recognition on event invitations, program announcements and handouts on all programs during the year
- 1 complimentary admission to all chapter educational events during the year. Note: attendees of the Annual CIO Forum must be HIMSS members
- Top recognition at the chapter luncheon during the HIMSS Annual Conference
Partner Annual - $2000- Logo recognition on WA HIMSS Home page and Events page on the web site throughout the year
- Recognition on all event invitations
